The Council on Retention and Graduation (CRG) has been providing oversight for undergraduate student success and retention initiatives since it was formed in 2004. The CRG examines current activities, researches best practices, and develops plans and policy recommendations to improve the retention and graduation rates of IUPUI students, particularly those from underserved groups. Council members represent a cross section of faculty and staff leaders from academic schools and support units. The CRG meets monthly to review data and to engage in strategic planning to support student success and on-time degree completion.
