Specific forms and processes are used when developing new undergraduate academic programs. When a new program is proposed, there is involvement of the university administration, the Board of Trustees, and often the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.
The Undergraduate Affairs Committee is engaged in reviewing proposals for new degrees, certificates, minors, concentrations, tracks, specializations, and name changes. The implementation of new programs is facilitated through the Division of Enrollment Management.
