Peer mentoring is a key strategy in the promotion of student success and learning; to that end, a great deal of mentoring is occurring across DUE. Our focus on mentoring across most programs opens the conversation about collaboration and coordination among mentoring programs. As a first step, this group will explore the ways in which we have or should have common models, approaches, and practices around mentoring. Where do we differ and why? How do we share our mentoring perspectives and approaches?
